- Work Out Daily Even If you Do 5 minutes it gets the adrenaline pumping
- have a regular sleep pattern
- Invest time in yourself & stop making time for people who bring no value or purpose to your life
- Drink More water
- remove all toxic friend or family members immediately they are just draining your energy
